How to practise self care

Anyone else feeling energetically depleted? (🙋🏼‍♀️)
2020 has stripped us of celebrations, opportunities, travelling and even just socially interacting.
But still, we need to be good to ourselves and implement self care in our daily life.    Let the good times roll and the better vibes flow.
Here are our favourite ways to practise self care:
- Enjoy a bath with Epsom salts & aromatherapy.
- Wake up 20 minutes earlier and cook yourself breakfast.
- Say “no” more.
- Go for a long walk in nature.
- Meditation.
- Listen to a podcast.
- Unplug and turn off notifications for a while.
- Enjoy some good music and give yourself a at home facial.
- Go down memory lane. For a boost of serotonin (those happy chemicals in your brain), bring to mind good memories from your past. Write down 10 of your happiest moments and 10 things you’re grateful for in your life. Bring out old photo albums.
- Make a post iso bucket list. Get excited, research where you want to go.
Feeling down is normal and a part of life. After all, you can’t enjoy the rainbows without the rain. Be kind to yourself 🤍-jk
